My Story

My passion for movement and wellness began in 2012 when I set out to solve problems with chronic pain and support my mental health. Working with a coach and learning strategies to help myself was empowering and ignited a passion to help others build resilient, strong bodies and minds. The rest is history.

 

When I'm not working with clients you can usually find me in nature - hiking, trail running or nordic skiing with my partner Jason and our dog Kody.

I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals. I have coached individuals from age 13 to 86 and I can tell you it's never too late to get started on making a change.

Taking control of our wellness is an amazing step towards staying strong and resilient in our bodies and minds.
